What We DoOur system is simple, effective and proven – it has resulted in significant savings for almost every business we have worked for. Our approach to cost management is also comprehensive. We reduce charges for all utilities: electricity, gas, oil, road fuel, water and telecoms, for all types of business, anywhere in the UK and across Europe. We also help our customers become more energy efficient. With current rising energy prices this is now a very important part of the work we provide to our customers. We begin by checking for any past overcharges by carrying out an audit of the last 12 months invoices for all utilities. The charges are checked against the consumption data, connection agreements and other contracts in place. eum negotiate with the suppliers to obtain the maximum refund owing to the customer. Our energy and water engineers then visit each property to carry out
detailed surveys of the lighting, heating, air conditioning and other
energy using equipment to identify the measures to improve efficiency
whilst not affecting operation of the business. After working through the report and recommendations with the customer a plan of action is agreed for us to implement. Once these recommendations are implemented we continue to monitor consumption and invoices to ensure the savings are received and report these to the customer each month. It normally takes us two weeks from receiving the invoices to beginning to implement the recommendations, with any overcharges being notified to the customer immediately they are found. ALL work, including the audit, surveys
and reporting is carried out at our own expense. We are paid for results
only. No saving – no charge. |
