energy efficiency work. We are also accredited by National Britannia as
a SAFEcontractor, a programme which recognises very high standards of
health and safety practice for UK contractors.

We save our customers time as well as money by carrying out all aspects
of the work from invoice checking, auditing, energy and water surveys,
reporting and implementation as well as dealing with the suppliers –
all at no cost to the customer. Your staff will not need to deal with
a customer call centre. One call to eum and your utility
problems will be dealt with.

If we make no saving – we make no
charge. Payment is by results, with agreed savings being shared: 70%
to the customer and 30% to eum, for one year only. From
then on the customer receives 100% of the benefit of our work. All savings
are obtained directly from the suppliers and no recommendation is implemented
unless approved first by the customer.
